The “Terms and Conditions of Use” are an agreement between you and Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc. Please do not submit information or use the FloridaBizForSale.Net website until you have read, understood and agreed to these “Terms and Conditions of Use”.
If you should have a problem or question regarding these terms and conditions, or any other aspect of our website we welcome your email or call and will respond in a timely fashion.
What We Provide
Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc. provides “Business Owner Subscribers”, “Broker/Agent Subscribers” and “Franchiser Subscribers” with the opportunity to list businesses or franchises for sale and to advertise their services on our website. Potential Buyers are afforded the opportunity to access our searchable data bases and view information regarding Businesses or Franchises Listed For Sale or to find a Broker/Agent and to contact the appropriate person thru our website.
What We Don't Provide
Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc. does not provide legal, accounting, real estate, business or other professional advice. We strongly recommend that you consult the appropriate professionals before entering into any agreement to purchase or sell a business or franchise.
No Warranty of Accurate Information
The information contained in the Businesses For Sale Listings, Franchises Available and Broker/ Agent Profiles is submitted to us by our subscribers. We edit this information for its appropriateness only. No attempt is made to verify the accuracy of this information. Therefore we offer NO warranty as to the accuracy this information.
Specific
Business Owner Subscribers
If you become a “Business Owner Subscriber”, subject to the timely payment of fees, you are granted license to submit a listing of your business for sale. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any listing that in our sole discretion does not meet our requirements. If we reject your listing we will fully refund your payment for the current 3 month period. Business Owner Subscriptions are for a period of 3 months. Unless you notify us at least 5 days before the renewal of your subscription we will automatically renew it for the next 3 months. No refunds are allowed for listings terminated by you prior to the end of your listing period. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the listing information that you submit and warrant to us that you have the right and authority to submit the information for publication. The “Business Owner Subscriber” authorizes Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc. to communicate with “Business Owner Subscriber” by email, regular mail, phone or facsimile regarding their account, their listing and to transmit inquiries regarding their listing.
Broker/Agent Subscribers
“Office” as used in the following paragraph refers to a single location where the “Broker/Agent Subscriber” conducts real estate business. “Broker/Agent Subscribers” with multiple offices will be required to have a separate subscription for each office that wishes to participate.
If your office becomes a “Broker/Agent Subscriber”, subject to the appropriate and timely payment of fees, you are granted license to submit unlimited listings of your Florida businesses for sale and to submit up to 5 Broker/Agent Profiles. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any listings or Broker/Agent Profiles that in our sole discretion do not meet our requirements. Broker/Agent Subscribers will be billed 3 months in advance. If your subscription is still active 5 days prior to the end of your subscription period we will automatically renew your subscription for the next 3 month period. If for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so from the account management page or by emailing us. If you cancel your subscription we will refund all full unused months (i.e. if your subscription was from June thru August and you canceled on July 15th we would refund the monthly fee for August). The “Broker/Agent Subscriber is solely responsible for the accuracy of the listing information and Broker/Agent Profile published on the website and The “Broker/Agent Subscriber” warrants to Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc. that they have the right and authority to submit the information for publication. The “Broker/Agent Subscriber” authorizes Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc. to communicate with “Broker/Agent Subscriber” by email, regular mail, phone or facsimile regarding their account or their listings, to transmit inquiries regarding their listings or other informational communications.

Franchiser Subscribers
The “Franchiser Subscriber”, subject to the appropriate and timely payment of fees, is granted license to submit a listing of their franchise that will be listed on the website in a listing of “Available Franchises” and in our searchable data base of franchises. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any Franchiser Subscriber listing that in our sole opinion does not meet our requirements. A Franchiser Subscriber will be entitled to a refund of any full unused months subscription if they notify us by email that they wish to cancel their subscription. The “Franchiser Subscriber” is solely responsible for the accuracy of the listing information Published on the Website and warrants to Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc. that they have the right and authority to submit the information for publication. The “Franchiser Subscriber” authorizes Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc. to communicate by email, regular mail, phone or facsimile regarding their account, their listing, to transmit inquiries regarding their listings and other informational communications.
Buyers
“Buyers” are welcome to surf the FloridaBizForSale.Net website, to sign up for email notification and to post notices on the Business Wanted Bulletin Board at no cost to “Buyers”. Again we caution:

A “Buyer” who responds to a listing, signs up for email notification, or posts a notice on the Business Wanted Bulletin Board is by that act authorizing Florida Biz For Sale.Net, Inc., Business Owner Subscribers, Broker/Agent Subscribers and Franchiser Subscribers to contact them via email, regular mail, phone and facsimile.
